What differences do you notice between European and Asian markets?
The gap on the labor cost in the world is getting smaller. Although, due to the higher technical knowledge history in Europe existed much longer as well as the higher labor cost, the European market demand more advanced machine . However, Asian factories have an international outlook and high-quality factories have required the use of advanced and energy-saving and carbon-reducing machines. However, we have been in the market for 35 years and now cover the whole world.

How did you manage the difficult period of the pandemic?
Maintain the good attitude and do the good job of internal rectification. Strengthen research and development, enhance the after-sales service to make the best support to all customers. “I told my employees not to face that moment with fear”, says Stella Sheen, “and after the pandemic the number of customers had even increased. We did not try to increase sales, but we strengthened the service”.

How you deal with the environmental sustainability?
Using energy-saving facilities, developing the products with energy-saving and carbon reduction.

What do you expect from their participation at ITMA as regards business and visibility?
Fewer visitors come but will see friends who are braver and want to break through the status quo.

Will you be attending the next edition of ITMA Asia?
Absolutely yes. Here in Milan we exhibited, for logistical, time and cost reasons, only one machine, while in Shanghai we will go with four.
